Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Clear diagnosis of type 2 diabetes ? Between the ages of 18 and 75; ? HbA1c: 6.5% -9%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within six months ? Individuals who have undergone weight loss surgery and other gastrointestinal surgeries in the past; ? Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, gastrointestinal diseases, and other serious organic diseases; ? Insulin therapy should be excluded from diabetes medication ? Other drugs that may affect blood sugar, such as glucocorticoids and thiazide diuretics, ß Receptor blockers, etc
