18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-75, gender not limited; (2) Preoperative imaging suggests malignant tumors in the pancreas and periampullary region; (3) The planned surgery is radical pancreaticoduodenectomy; (4) Preoperative assessment shows no invasion of important arterial vessels such as the celiac axis and superior mesenteric artery; (5) Preoperative assessment shows no distant organ metastasis in the liver, lungs, etc.; (6) Preoperative assessment shows no contraindications such as cardiopulmonary issues; (7) The expected survival period is more than 6 months; (8) The patient and family members agree to this research protocol and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intraoperatively, distant metastases were found, and curative surgery was abandoned; (2) Intraoperatively, invasion of important arterial vessels such as the celiac axis and superior mesenteric artery was found, and curative surgery was abandoned; (3) There was no preoperative or postoperative immunonutritional assessment; (4) Postoperative pathology revealed benign tumors in the pancreas and periampullary area; (5) The patient and family members refused the research protocol and requested to withdraw.
