Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of aging-related cognitive impairment; ? Age = 65 years; ? Right handedness; ? The mother tongue is Chinese; ? Can participate in sports and cognitive training as required; ? Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of neuropsychiatric disease was present; ? Patients with serious digestive system diseases, immune function abnormalities, and serious diseases of heart, liver, lung, and kidney; ? MRI contraindications exist; ? Severe visual and hearing impairment, accompanied by major physical diseases, etc., led to communication difficulties, and could not participate in the screening; ? Currently taking drugs that affect cognitive function; ? Have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials related to cognitive function within one year.
