Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old; ? Intended pancreaticoduodenectomy; ? Patients at nutritional risk; ? Patients with indications for enteral nutrition; ? Participants who provide informed consent to join this study.

Exclusion criteria: ? Age <18 years old; ? Patients with severe dysfunction or failure of important organs; ? Patients without indications for enteral nutrition.
