18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age greater than 18 years old, regardless of gender (2) Clinical manifestations in dermatology include chronic ulcers, plaques, and nodular skin lesions arranged along lymphatic vessels; Patients with local infection after cosmetic injection or plastic surgery; Patients with local nodules and plaques after tattooing. One of the above standards is sufficient. (3) Agree to accept biopsy and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from this trial (1) Pregnant or lactating patients; (2) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or coagulation disorders, or accompanied by other serious systemic diseases; (3) Patients who do not agree to biopsy sampling; (4) Researchers believe that other participants are not suitable for the experiment.
