Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects were included in the study by continuous grouping according to the following criteria. (1) clinically suspected AIG: ? complicated with one of the following diseases: anemia, VitB12 deficiency, subacute combined degeneration, gastric neuroendocrine tumor, autoimmune thyroid disease, type 1 diabetes, vitiligo, autoimmune liver disease and Addison disease; ?AIG's first-class family history. Satisfy any one of ? or ?. (2) Endoscopic suspected diagnosis of AIG: ? The subtype of chronic atrophic gastritis Kimura Bamboo is O1-O3 or Op (atrophy of stomach body mainly); ? Mucus of gastric fundus; ? Polypoid lesion of stomach; ? Edema of gastric mucosa is diffuse and red; ? Residual glandular mucosa of gastric fundus, satisfies any one of ? to ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Poor compliance and irregular medical treatment; (2) After partial gastrectomy; (3) accompanied by serious underlying diseases; (4) Being pregnant or nursing; (5) Other circumstances that the researcher thinks can't be included in the group.
