Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Postmenopausal female breast cancer patients, aged between 45 and 70 years old; ? Pathologic diagnosis of stage I-III hormone receptor positive breast cancer; ? Endocrine therapy with AIs for >=1 month and planned to continue for at least 1 year; ? Endocrine therapy with AIs for >=1 month and planned to continue for at least 1 more year. ? Joint symptoms after the start of treatment with AIs; ? Brief Pain Inventory (BPI) score >=3; ?Completion of all surgeries, chemotherapy and radiotherapy >= 3 months; ?Patients who volunteered to participate in the study and actively cooperated with the intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with clinical or auxiliary examinations confirming tumor recurrence, bone metastasis or combination of other organ metastasis; ? Patients with immune-related osteoarthropathy, metabolic bone disease, and history of joint trauma leading to recurrent joint pain. Patients with immunity-related osteoarthropathy, metabolic bone disease, history of joint trauma leading to recurrent joint pain; ?Patients who are taking drugs other than calcium that affect bone metabolism, such as thyroid hormone, bisphosphonates, etc., in the last 3 months. (iii) Patients who are taking drugs other than calcium that affect bone metabolism, such as thyroid hormone and bisphosphonates, in the past 3 months; ?Patients with joint swelling and pain before taking AIs.
