CSP group:Small colorectal pedunculated polyps are to be resected by cold snare polypectomy (CSP)
HSP group:small colorectal pedunculated polyps are to be resected by hot snare polypectomy (HSP)

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent painless colonoscopy at the enrolled study centers between October 2023 and October 2024; 2. Patient >18 years old; 3. Colonoscopy of the patient revealed one or more pedicled small polyps (size <10mm); 4. After evaluation by endoscopists, small colorectal pedunculated polyps are to be resected by CSP/HSP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inadequate bowel preparation; 2. Oral antithrombotic drugs within the last 5 days; 3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease; 4. Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis.
