60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly patients (85 years old = 65 years old) with ASA grading: I-III; (2) Unilateral hip fracture (resting/active) VAS score = 4; (3) Able to coordinate and correctly understand Chinese, and express willingness to patients; (4) Agree to the experimental plan and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The drugs used in the study, such as local anesthetics, opioid drugs, and other allergies; (2) There is infection, bleeding, etc. at the site of nerve block puncture; (3) History of drug abuse: Long term use of opioids (daily or almost daily use of opioids>3 months); (4) Abnormal coagulation function (PT, APTT exceeding normal values, INR<=1.4), platelet count<80 × 109/L), patients with possible abnormal platelet function; (5) Participate in other studies within three months
