Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Newborns who need to be hospitalized in NICU due to high-risk factors; ? gestational age at birth =28 weeks; ? Vital signs such as blood oxygen and body temperature are relatively stable; ? Family members gave informed consent to this study and signed the participants voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who need continuous sedation due to mechanical ventilation and other reasons; ? The fracture is not fixed; ? Severe infection; ? Acute bleeding; ?Status Epilepticus.
