Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old 2.Patients with a definite diagnosis of spinal cord injury 3.Spinal cord injury ASIA grade A-D injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous extraspinal neuropathy or other neuromuscular disease 2.Patients who are refusal to sign informed consent 3.Other factors that patients are not suitable for entry into the cohort
