Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Male or female aged =18 years with a history of herpes zoster =120 days 2: HZ involves spinal nerves (cervical/thoracic/lumbar nerves) 3: Numerical Rating Scale (NRS-11) score =4 4: The patient is refractory to conventional treatment according to the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) guidelines (such as antiepileptic drugs, opioids, antidepressants, and other physical therapy) 5: Voluntarily sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Refuse to participate in this test 2: The general condition is poor and cannot be treated 3: Coagulation dysfunction or application of anticoagulants 4: Intellectually unable to complete a self-evaluation questionnaire
