Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA classification I-II; age range; Between 20-75 years old; planned to undergo intubation under general anesthesia; operation time is 60-150 minutes; patients with thyroid tumors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Body mass index (BMI) 30kg/m2, language communication and understanding difficulties, tracheal anatomy variations, expected or two tracheal intubations (requiring more than two attempts), recent history of respiratory tract infection or pharyngitis, preoperative use Steroids and analgesics.
