18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age >18 years and <80 years; (2) fulfillment of diagnostic criteria (increased cardiac enzymology indexes, LVEF <50%, or LVEF =50% and LVEDD <50 mm, and exclusion of acute myocardial infarction); (3) voluntary signing of an informed consent for enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Severe heart diseases such as valve disease, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, etc.;?Severe cardiac insufficiency: LVEF<20% or cardiac function level IV;?ICU hospitalization time<48 hours;?Refusing to accept PET or contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination;?Sinus bradycardia, degree II and III atrioventricular block, sick sinoatrial node syndrome;?Known effects on Esmolol or others ß Receptor blocker allergy;?Severe liver and kidney dysfunction and electrolyte disorders;?Pregnancy or preparation status or lactation period.
