18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 18-65 years. 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to II. 3.body mass index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m2. 4.Mallampati classification I to II. 5.scheduled for elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia with single-lumen tracheal intubation. 6.informed consent form signed by the patient or authorized person.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.with abnormal hemodynamic parameters, including baseline blood pressure (BP)>180/110mmHg, systolic blood pressure (SBP)6 or GFR 5.5 mmol/L) within 48 hours, or taking hormones or other immunosuppressive agents for more than 10 days within six months or a history of adrenocortical suppression or immune system disorders. 11.history of drug or alcohol abuse or use of sedatives or narcotics in the past 24 hours. 12.participate in other drug trial within 3 months. 13.allergic to test drug.
