Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: [1] Chronic perforation in adults with an area of 1/4-1/2 tension and dry ear for at least 3 months; [2] At least 0.5mm perforated edge; [3] No ossicular chain lesions or middle ear cholesteatoma; [4] Endoscopy showed no perforated marginal epithelium growing inwardly over the tympanic cavity; [5] Preoperative high resolution CT of temporal bone indicated that the air chamber of the middle ear mastoid was well pneumatized.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: [1] With fungal otitis extern; [2] Suspected ossicular chain disease or middle ear cholesteatoma;
