Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Prenatal diagnosis of hydronephrosis ? Duplex kidney, ureteral cyst, ureteral dilatation, abnormal bladder structure or function were found ? First febrile UTI at the age of 0-2 years ? Recurrent urinary tract infection with suspected urinary reflux ? Medical and surgical treatment requires follow-up reassessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Urinary tract infection was in the active stage. ? Hydronephrosis caused by extrarenal factors such as retrocaval ureter and ectopic vessels compression ? patients who had received interventional treatment such as stoma or catheterization in other hospitals at the time of admission
