Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients must meet the following conditions for inclusion: 1) Age = 18 years old and = 80 years old; 2) Evaluation of atrial fibrillation load: Patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation or persistent atrial fibrillation after cardioversion treatment; 3) Indications for long-term anticoagulation (CHA2DS2-VASc score: male = 2, female = 3); 4) Sign an informed consent form approved by the Ethics Committee; 5) Equipped with a household electrocardiogram machine for regular home electrocardiogram monitoring.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: If any of the following is' yes', it cannot be selected: 1) atrial fibrillation load cannot be evaluated: persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation; 2) The anticoagulation requirement does not depend on the CHA2DS2-VASc score or is not related to the burden of atrial fibrillation: atrial fibrillation combined with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation combined with valvular heart disease (moderate to severe mitral stenosis, mechanical valve replacement surgery); 3) Cases with a clear history of thromboembolism that require long-term anticoagulation include deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, etc; 4) Situations where long-term anticoagulation is not required: after left atrial appendage occlusion/ligation/resection in patients with atrial fibrillation; 5) Those with a clear history of left atrial thrombosis or cardiogenic embolism; 6) Imaging findings indicate significant atrial enlargement (LAD>55mm) and left atrial appendage autoechogenicity, which are prone to thrombus formation due to atrial hemodynamic abnormalities; 7) Acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure, and other end-stage diseases that require active treatment, as well as advanced malignant tumors; 8) Refusing to sign an informed consent form.
