Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer; ? Age =18 years; ? Score =38 on the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Inventory-Civilian Version; ? Score of The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Form Scale, Chinese Version-Neuroticism subscale >= 56.7; ? Able to understand the informed consent and the related study content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?critically ill and unable to participate in the study; ?co-morbid with other serious physical diseases; ? co-morbid with other serious mental illnesses; ? patients with mental retardation and intellectual disabilities; ?concurrently undergoing other related psychological interventions.
