Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke and cerebral hemorrhage in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of acute Ischemic Stroke (2018) or the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2019) (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke-related pneumonia in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stroke-related Pneumonia (2019 Updated version) (3) It meets the relevant standards in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in TCM Internal Medicine - Apoplexy" and the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in TCM Internal Medicine - Part of TCM Diseases and Syndromes" (4) Age =18 years old, first onset of disease, voluntary participation in the project and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with brain trauma, uncontrolled infection or high fever, respiratory failure, extreme weakness, severe hypertension, severe heart dysfunction and other serious underlying diseases.
