2 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, Age is 2-7 years old. Children undergoing laparoscopic surgery for inguinal hernia or hydrocele 2, ASA I-II 3, No history of surgery under general anesthesia 4, No sedative or analgesic drugs were used within 24 hours before surgery 5, No neurological disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Obvious abnormal functions of heart, lung, liver and kidney 2, Child patients with dexmedetomidine allergy 3, Intellectual disability or developmental delay 4, Disturbance of behavior 5, Their parents refused to participate
