Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes of Guideline for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in China (2020 edition); 2. Not receiving any hypoglycemic medication before enrollment; 3. HbA1c = 9.0% or fasting blood glucose = 11.1mmol/L with obvious hyperglycemic symptoms;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.1 Type diabetes, gestational diabetes and special type diabetes; 2. Have diabetes acidosis and (or) hyperosmolar hyperglycemia; 3. Recurrent urinary and reproductive tract infections within six months; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction;
