Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients about to undergo orthopedic surgery, = 60 years of age. The types of surgery included hip replacement, knee replacement, spinal compression fractures, limb fractures, and other bone and joint surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who do not meet the above pre-operative diagnostic criteria; ? Patients with multiple fractures and severe failure of brain, heart, kidney or other organs, or life-threatening patients requiring emergency surgery; ? Patients who have undergone major surgery within the last 1 month; Patients with serious underlying medical or mental illness who are unable to perform the management plan well
