Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? ASA I-II, patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia ? There are no significant abnormalities in the functions of the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys ? Right-handed ? Not taking opioids or sedative hypnotic drugs for a long time ? No history of mental and nervous system disease, no hearing impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Obvious cardiopulmonary or other terminal organ diseases ? Depression or other mental disorders, dementia ? History of esophageal reflux or hiatal hernia ? Abuse of drugs or alcohol ? Patients with severe obesity (BMI>30) ? Preoperative administration of other sedative drugs ? Allergy to propofol
