Experimental group:Patients from hospital, on the basis of conventional nursing to accelerate rehabilitation exercise training
Control group:From hospital to hospital patients who underwent routine nursing care.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pathological diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer, the stage of the case is I-II; (2) Age 18-75 years old; (3) No metastasis of other parts of the tumor; (4) did not receive radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; (5) No autoimmune disease or serious blood disease was evaluated before surgery; (6) thoracoscopic radical treatment of lung cancer was performed; (7) Self-care Barthel index >=60 before surgery, sober, normal understanding ability, and effective communication; (8) Good compliance, can better cooperate with the completion of the index inspection; (9) Informed consent and voluntary participation of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other malignant tumors; (2) Patients with heart, lung, kidney and other organ dysfunction; (3) Patients with thoracoscopic thoracotomy during the operation; (4) Preoperative severe malnutrition [body mass index (BMI)<=18.5]; (5) Pregnant or lactating women.
