Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 65 years old; (2)Patients undergoing hip fracture surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative delirium and other neurological disorders;(2)Patients with preoperative infection or significant infection within 48 hours after surgery; (3)Patients who die within 24 hours after surgery; (4) Hospitalization was only one day; (5) Incomplete data.
