Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Emergency patients undergoing amputated finger replantation; (2) Age =16 years old, male or female; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ?~?
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) allergic to the local anesthetics ropivacaine and bupivacaine or their drug components; (2) a history of renault's syndrome ;(3) patients during pregnancy or lactation; (4) who underwent autogenous vascular transplantation due to the absence or necrosis of intrinsic vessels caused by crush or avulsion injury; (5) contraindication of brachial plexus block or disagreement with brachial plexus block; (6) cognitive impairment or inability to communicate effectively; (7) who were deemed unsuitable for the trial by the investigators.
