Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Emergency patients undergoing amputated finger replantation; (2) Age =16 years old, male or female; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ?~?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) allergic to the local anesthetics ropivacaine and bupivacaine or their drug components; (2) a history of renault's syndrome ;(3) patients during pregnancy or lactation; (4) who underwent autogenous vascular transplantation due to the absence or necrosis of intrinsic vessels caused by crush or avulsion injury; (5) contraindication of brachial plexus block or disagreement with brachial plexus block; (6) cognitive impairment or inability to communicate effectively; (7) who were deemed unsuitable for the trial by the investigators.

After surgery, 12h, 24h, 36h, 48h, and 3 days after surgery until discharge, the skin temperature difference and tissue perfusion scores of the reimplanted fingers were recorded;During hospitalization, adverse events such as postoperative finger vasospasm, vascular embolism, vascular crisis, secondary surgical exploration, and finger body necrosis occurred;The success rate of replantation of severed fingers;Preoperative and postoperative 2 h, 12 h, 1 d and 2 d, 3 d, 4 d numerical rating scale (NRS) and cumulative pain score calculation;Proportion of patients receiving rescue pain medication within 72 hours after surgery;Total use of rescue analgesics within 72 hours after surgery;Preoperative and postoperative 1 d, 3 d, 5 d Malondialdehyde peroxide (MDA), tumor necrosis factor a (TNF - a), interleukin - 18 (IL - 18), pain substance (SP), dopamine (DA) levels;
