Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia 2.Age = 65 years 3.The clinical data are complete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form 2. Patients with previous lung surgery; 3. Patients with severe mental illness; 4. Patients with severe organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, kidney, etc.; 5. Patients admitted to ICU after surgery; 6. Those with incomplete clinical data.
