Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Initial screening: 1) 60-80 years old, female; 2) Female calf circumference<33cm or SARC CalF score = 11. Re screening: 1) Decreased muscle strength (grip strength: female<18kg) and/or decreased physical function (5 sit ups for = 12s). 2) Irregularly taking nutritional supplements such as vitamin D, calcium tablets, protein powder, and fish oil.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Initial screening: 1) Obese individuals have a BMI of = 28 kg/m2; 2) Severe lactose intolerance and regular cheese consumers; 3) Action ability or cognitive impairment; 4) There are diabetes, severe hypertension, decompensation of liver function, serious impairment of renal function (CrCl<30mL/min), tumors, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, gastrointestinal absorption dysfunction and other diseases; 5) Unable to complete follow-up after living outside for 3 months; 6) Wear a pacemaker, stent, intrauterine device, etc. Re screening: 1) Unsigned informed consent form; 2) Moderate intensity aerobic activity for at least 150 minutes or 75 minutes per week, intense intensity aerobic activity.
