Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: lung cancer group ? Confirmed primary lung cancer by gold standard (pathological diagnosis or histological puncture); ? The stage of imaging examination was clear; ? Patients with complete diagnosis and treatment data after admission and valid data can be obtained. Benign lung lesions group ? Patients with benign lung lesions confirmed by imaging and pathology and excluded from malignant tumors; ? Patients who have complete diagnosis and treatment information after admission and can obtain effective serum data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lung cancer group ? Previous history of other primary malignant tumors; ? Those who have received anti-tumor therapy such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy; ? Patients with incomplete medical records and unable to obtain effective data such as serum tumor markers. Benign lung lesions group ? Previous history of other primary malignant tumors; ? Patients with incomplete medical records and inability to obtain effective data such as serum tumor markers.
