Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) In line with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for stroke sequelae ; ( 2 ) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for constipation ; ( 3 ) meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome type ; ( 4 ) Constipation or constipation aggravation after stroke ; ( 5 ) Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, no cognitive dysfunction, can cooperate with the completion of Chinese and Western medicine examination and the scale ; ( 6 ) Patients and their families informed consent treatment, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) patients with transient cerebral ischemia ; ( 2 ) constipation caused by intestinal stenosis or obstruction caused by irritable bowel syndrome or intestinal organic disease ; ( 3 ) Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery ; ( 4 ) patients with redness, swelling, pain, ulceration and infection of abdominal skin ; ( 5 ) Patients allergic to mugwort products ; ( 6 ) need to fast, indwelling gastric tube liquid diet ; ( 7 ) Long-term use of drugs that cause constipation ; ( 8 ) At the same time participate in other clinical trials.
