Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Living locally for over 1 year Has been recovered from COVID-19 since December 2022 No acute events such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tumor patients Patients with autoimmune diseases Have taken antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antihistamines, or immunosuppressive drugs within 3 months Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction Pure vegetarians or those who cannot adopt a normal diet due to various reasons Individuals with a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 Continuously taking nutrient supplements containing multiple vitamins, fish oil, or n-3 fatty acids, or probiotic/prebiotic health foods Participating in other dietary related intervention projects
