Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with non-traumatic cardiac arrest, aged 14-80 years old, gender unlimited; ? Time of Cardiac arrest less than 20 minutes; ? Time of non cardiopulmonary resuscitation less than 10 minutes;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? There are obvious causes of cardiac arrest, such as cardiac tamponade, tension pneumothorax and other causes are not removed before; ? The cause of aortic dissection or related surgical history, or the cardiac arrest is highly suspected to be caused by aortic dissection; ? History of abdominal aortic aneurysm; ? The femoral artery puncture site can not be punctured due to infection and other reasons. ?Patients with cardiac arrest due to terminal disease or with multiple organ failure. ?Without the informed consent of the family or legal representative.
