Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Type of surgery: Pelvic surgery, general anesthesia combined with bilateral quadratus lumbar block, analgesic patients • Age 18~65 years old • Body weight: 45~80kg • ASA Class I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patient refusal • Those with a history of chronic pain • Patients with cardiac disease with right-to-left shunt, patients with severe pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary artery pressure > 90 mmHg), patients with uncontrolled essential hypertension, and adults with respiratory distress syndrome • Allergies to the drugs used in the trial • Infection at the puncture site • Language and communication disorders, comprehension disorders (unable to understand pain assessment methods) • Recent history of opioid or other analgesic drug use • Those who are overweight and have a body mass index (BMI) > 35kg/m2
