18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?18 years old = patient age = 80 years old. ?Patients undergoing open-heart surgery with elective extracorporeal circulation assistance. ?ASA classification is grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with cancer-related pain, long-term use of painkillers, or pain hypersensitivity or tolerance. ?Patients with visual, auditory, or speech impairments. ?Patients with incomplete perioperative medical records or anesthesia records.
