Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years old, singleton pregnancy, 37 ~ 41 weeks of pregnancy + 6 first parturients, version number: 2.0,2023.10.27 uterine dilatation < 5cm, planned vaginal delivery, willing to perform labor analgesia, and lumbosacral pain as the main symptom before the beginning of analgesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for intraspinal puncture, history of chronic pain, lumbosacral pain before or during pregnancy, gestational diabetes and other chronic diseases, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, fetal growth restriction and macrosomia.
