Group 5:Intravenous injection of propofol (0.35mg/kg)
Group 6:Intravenous injection of propofol (0.40mg/kg)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Level I-III; Selective surgery; Age 18-85 years old; Patient or authorized person signs informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bradycardia (HR2mg/dl); Poor control of hypertension (SBP>160mmHg after taking antihypertensive drugs), or poor control of blood sugar in diabetes patients (HbA1c>9%) Patients who plan to undergo regional block before anesthesia induction; Pregnant women; History of drug addiction; Glaucoma; Peripheral arterial disease; Severe mental illness; History of allergic reactions to experimental drugs.
