Interventions

Experimental group:The fast acetylated type was treated with 1.5 times the standard dose of isoniazid. Patients with intermediate acetylation were treated with standard dose of isoniazid. For patients
Control group:Standard doses of isoniazid were used to treat patients with fast acetylation, intermediate acetylation, and slow acetylation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients with tuberculosis confirmed by acid-fast smear staining, Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture, Mycobacterium tuberculosis nucleic acid test or histopathology, or clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis; b. Aged =14 years; c. Isoniazid was included in the antituberculosis regimen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. TB patients aged < 14 years; b. Informed consent was not obtained from the patient; c. Pregnancy, HIV, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe heart failure, nervous and mental system damage; d. Highly suspected to be allergic or intolerant to first-line anti-TB drugs; e. Resistance to isoniazid is detected before or during treatment; f. Concomitant use of drugs that severely interfere with isoniazid metabolism; g. Other researchers think that is not suitable for patients in the study.
