Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) At least one acute ankle sprain within one year, with pain, swelling and other inflammatory symptoms, and unable to participate in normal daily activities. (2) Have experienced at least two ankle loss within the past 6 months. (2) Have had at least two episodes of ankle loss within the past 6 months. (3) Persistent ankle instability and dysfunction felt during daily activities. (4) A score of <24 on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Scale, <90% on the Foot and Ankle Functioning Scale - Activities of Daily Living, and <90% on the Foot and Ankle Functioning Scale - Physical Activity. Scale-Physical Activity Scale score <80%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have had a fracture or surgical operation on the lower limb. (2) Acute injuries such as sprains of the lower extremity have occurred within the last three months. (3) Bilateral slow ankle patients. The dominant lateral leg and male-female ratio of healthy individuals were based on the slow ankle patients, whose inclusion criterion was no history of lateral ankle sprain, and the exclusion criteria were consistent with the above.
