Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The case is from patients who were hospitalized for lumbar disc herniation in the Acupuncture and Push Injury Department of the Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital from January 1, 2018 to August 31, 2022; ? CT or MRI examination shows changes in lumbar disc herniation; ? Symptoms such as lower back pain or lower back pain accompanied by numbness, traction and soreness in one or both lower limbs, or recurrent lower limb symptoms for more than 1 year; ? Between the ages of 18 and 65; ? Not simultaneously using drugs or food that affect the efficacy of the treatment methods and detection indicators involved in this study within one month prior to hospitalization; ? The required main medical records are complete and can be followed up; Patients who have been hospitalized or visited multiple times will be included in their initial medical records from January 1, 2018 to August 31, 2022.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Lumbar disc herniation combined with cauda equina syndrome and conus medullaris syndrome; ? History of surgical treatment for intervertebral disc herniation in the past; ? Accompanied by spinal tuberculosis, compression fractures, spinal tumors, grade II or above lumbar spondylolisthesis, ankylosing spondylitis, severe osteoporosis, etc; ? Individuals with systemic collagen immune diseases and other acute and chronic infections who may be affected by the use of glucocorticoids or other medications that may affect the outcome judgment; ? Simultaneously applying drugs or foods that affect the efficacy of the treatment methods and detection indicators involved in this study; ? Those with severe diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; ? Patients with mental illness or other serious illnesses; ? Pregnant or lactating women.
