Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 40=Age=80 years old; Patients with high myopia and cataract (equivalent spherical lens =6 days; Or eye axis =26mm); Femtosecond laser assisted cataract phacoemulsification extraction requirement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy; Corneal opacity affects femtosecond laser capsule interception; The pupil cannot be dilated, that is, the diameter of the pupil after dilation is less than 5.5mm; Dislocation or subluxation of the lens; Traumatic cataract; Uveitis does not control the intraocular inflammatory response; Poor control of blood sugar and blood pressure caused by diabetes, hypertension and other fundus lesions.
