Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The first thyroidectomy was performed; Bmi 18.5 to 23.9 kg/m2, age > 18 years old; Informed consent to this study, voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: mental illness; People who take various sedative and analgesic drugs all year round; Vasoactive drugs were used before and during operation. History of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; Previous vertigo, or hypertension, cervical spondylosis caused dizziness; Vascular ischemic disease of extremities; The patient showed obvious discomfort during the pretest.
