Interventions

Safflower yellow pigment pretreatment group (E1 group):After entering the room on the day of surgery, 250ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection containing 100mg safflower yellow pigment for injection was g
Safflower yellow pigment treatment group (E2 group):250ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection containing 100mg safflower yellow pigment for injection was administered intravenously 1h after the operation.
Placebo blank control group (S group):After admission, 250ml sodium 0.9% injection was injected intravenously 10 minutes before induction of anesthesia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Male or female patients aged 60 to 75 years; b. Laparoscopic resection of gastrointestinal tumors is planned, and the operation time is expected to be no more than 6 hours; C. ASA grade I to II; D.mi is 18-26kg/?; e. Patients who have no history of diabetes and cerebrovascular disease, and who have been diagnosed with hypertension, regularly take medicine and are well controlled; f. After the operation, the endotracheal catheter was removed and sent back to the ward; g. Patients and their families were informed and volunteered to participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, moderate or above valvular disease; b. History of myocardial infarction and/or PCI within the last 6 months; c. Patients complicated with hypertension without regular diagnosis and treatment (systolic blood pressure =180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =11OmmHg), severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, and severe arrhythmia (tachy atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia, etc.). d. complicated with unstable angina pectoris; e. Patients with coronary heart disease, complete vascular reconstruction after coronary artery bypass and interventional therapy. f. Complicated with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; g. People who are allergic or allergic to more than two kinds of food or drugs; h. The patient refused to conduct the study;
