Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative clinical or pathological initial diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma; 2. Patients who meet the indications for laparoscopic liver resection as determined by the researchers; 3. The patient and their family members understand and are willing to participate in this clinical study, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Researchers have determined that there are contraindications for laparoscopic liver resection. 2. Allergy to ICG or iodine; 3. Patients with recurrent liver tumors or those who have received other anti liver cancer treatments (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, radiofrequency ablation)Therapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, interventional therapy, etc; 4. Patients who have participated or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the first 4 weeks of enrollment; 5. Pregnant or lactating women: 6. If the researcher believes that the patient has other circumstances/is not suitable to participate in the study;

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Consistency between preoperative planning boundaries and intraoperative ICG development boundaries;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative bile leakage;The incidence of laparoscopic conversion to laparotomy;Intraoperative blood loss, discharge time, and incidence of unplanned secondary surgeries within 30 days of hospitalization;The incidence of postoperative complications (bile fistula, abdominal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, severe abdominal infection, etc.);The success rate of resection of liver tumors with a wide margin (margin greater than 1cm);Postoperative incidence of liver dysfunction (liver function assessment at 6 and 12 months after surgery);Exploratory evaluation of intraoperative fluorescence recognition ability in potential liver cirrhosis patients;
