Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU who are expected to be unable to speak due to oral catheterization > 8 hours; 2. 18= age =70 years old; 3. The patient's Richmond agitation and sedation Scale (RASS) score was -1~1; 4. Patients with basic literacy and mapping ability; 5. The eyes can be normal activity; 6. Volunteer to join this researcher.
Exclusion criteria
