Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=18 years old, <=65 years old, both male and female 2.Clinical diagnosis of metabolic-related fatty liver disease (MAFLD) 3.Willing to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the relevant informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of taking weight loss medication (e.g., orlistat, pioglitazone, etc.) 2.Pregnant and breastfeeding women 3.Other liver diseases, such as alcoholic liver disease (average daily alcohol consumption in the past 12 months of more than 42g for men and more than 28g for women), or men drinking more than 70g alcohol within 2 hours and women drinking more than 56g autoimmune liver disease viral hepatitis (human immunodeficiency virus, hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus) drug-induced hepatitis Cholestatic liver disease and liver disease due to genetic factors, etc. 4.The subject has significant physical disorders that could affect the results of this study, such as heart, lung, or kidney disease alignant tumors. 5.Have the family history of genetic diseases, the history of mental illness, etc. 6.The research subjects are currently participating in other research projects. 7.Researchers think that other reasons make the subject unsuitable for continued participation in the clinical trial.
