Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People who need surgery in our department and need blood tests before operation. The control group comes from patients with cataract, pterygium, trichiasis, strabismus, etc. These participants have no history of diabetes, and their serum is taken from fasting biochemical analysis, fasting infectious markers, fasting coagulation function and other tests collected before operation, and the serum sample size is 0.2ml. T2D patients have a medical history of more than 3 years, no history of hypertension, cerebral infarction, smoking or occasional smoking, and no history of eye tumors and eye injuries. T2D population comes from patients who need to receive intravitreal anti-VEGF drug injection in outpatient department or vitrectomy in inpatient department. The serum is taken from fasting biochemical analysis, fasting infectious markers, fasting coagulation function and other tests collected before operation, and the serum sample size is 0.2ml.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who don't need blood tests. ? Patients with infectious diseases such as HIV and syphilis in the past.
