Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms confirmed by imaging methods such as CTA, DSA, or MRA before surgery; (2) The patient and their family agree to the surgery and subsequent treatment plan, and have signed an informed consent form; (3) Patients who have physical conditions that tolerate surgery and receive simple FD or FD combined with coil embolization treatment; (4) The case data is complete and includes DSA imaging data for preoperative, immediate postoperative, and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and ruptured intracranial aneurysm confirmed by lumbar puncture or CT imaging examination; (2) Patients with incomplete case or imaging data; (3) Lost patients.
