65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 65-90 years; (2) patients undergoing elective hip fracture surgery; (3) voluntarily signing an informed consent form; (4) without serious cardiopulmonary disease and liver or kidney dysfunction, and without other compound injuries; and (5) those with American College of Physicians ASA classification ? - ? cardiac function NHYA class ? - ?;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with a preoperative history of severe psychiatric disorders; (2) those who refused to undergo distant follow-up of PND; (3) those with infections at the nerve block site; (4) those with a history of allergy to local anesthetic medications; (5) those with a history of opioid abuse; (6) those with hearing impairment that could not be evaluated; and (7) those with coagulation dysfunctions or severe abnormalities in platelet counts and function;
