50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 50-75 years old ? Meet the American Rheumatism Association's diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis ? Diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee on imaging, Kellgren-Lawrence grade II or III. ? Average pain intensity of 40/100mm or more on the numerical assessment scale (VAS) in the last week. ? Chronic unilateral or bilateral knee pain for more than 6 months ? No history of regular resistance training ? Signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of knee surgery or pending any knee surgery ? Arthroscopy within the last 12 months or intra-articular injection within 6 months ? Physical therapy or strength training within the last 3 months ? Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within the last 3 months ? Cardiovascular or musculoskeletal disease affecting participation in exercise therapy ? Absolute contraindication to participation in exercise therapy
